Frequently asked questions
- Is my data backed up anywhere? No — everything is stored only on your device. Use your device's own backup (iCloud or Finder/iTunes backup) to keep a copy.
- I started a new ball by mistake. Can I get my old one back? Open Settings → Planning books to switch between the balls you've created; nothing is deleted unless you remove it there.
- Why does the app ask for the camera or photo library? Only when you add a picture to the Ballmotto board or a sponsor logo. No photo is ever used unless you pick it yourself.
- How do reminders work? Rehearsal and deadline reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; you can turn them off in Settings at any time.
- Does the app sell tickets or take payments? No. Ballkomitee is a planning and record-keeping tool only.
